Hiss Golden Messenger at Ayurprana | Jan 24th at 7PM
The folks at Ayurprana thrilled and honored to welcome Hiss Golden Messenger to the APLR stage on Friday, January 24th, 2025. This incredibly intimate show finds Hiss Golden Messenger band leader M.C. Taylor performing solo and playing his adored and critically acclaimed album Bad Debt in its entirety. We couldn’t be more elated to announce that one of our favorite musicians Rosali will join Hiss Golden Messenger on this momentous occasion. Rosali, who released AOTY contender “Bite Down” this past March, will play a can’t-be-missed stripped-down solo set as well.
Portions of the proceeds from the APLR show will benefit Lamplight AVL’s RECOVER + REMAIN + THRIVE efforts. In the wake of the devastating hurricane Helene and subsequent catastrophic flooding, Lamplight AVL is working to launch phased support of local artists to ensure their immediate and foundational recovery, with a vision of artists remaining and thriving in Asheville.
